Our Studio Policies
1. Refund
If you are not entirely satisfied with your service, please call and arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within five days for gel polish/enhancement services and three days for all other services after your initial service date. Regular polish services are not guaranteed.
Our redo policy does not cover a change in service or color.
If you are unsatisfied with the quality provided, please inform us immediately after the services have been performed. We will try our best to meet your satisfaction.
As soon as you walk out the salon door, that means you have accepted and are happy with the services provided to you.
We will charge you for the cost of any repairs or replacements that happen due to your own lack of care. Please follow after care recommendations for better retention and healthier nails.
We do not offer refunds for any services or products.
2. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest for improper conduct, tardiness, no shows, or any other situation we deem inappropriate.
Please inform us of any current injuries or medical conditions prior to any services. This is to ensure whether or not a service can be safely performed. We reserve the right to refuse or stop a service if we think it is not safe to perform. We are not liable for any harms that could be caused by our services if you do not inform us before the service begins.
3. Child Safety
We love to do children’s nails! However, unattended children are disruptive and dangerous. Many of our products are harmful if ingested or applied to unprotected skin. As we are concerned about your and your children’s safety, we strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the studio. In the event you must bring a young child into the studio, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker.
4. Surveillance
For safety purposes, our studio are monitored with Digital Video Surveillance.
5. Personal Items
We are not responsible or liable for any lost, damaged or stolen personal items.
6. Late Arrivals & Cancellations
We understand that sometimes extraordinary circumstances are unavoidable and you may need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hour’s notice if you cancel your appointment.
Due to scheduling commitments to other clients’ schedules, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 10 minutes late. Please keep in mind that if you should arrive late, we will need to complete the service at the original time and price in consideration of our next guests.
7. Products/ Gift Cards
There are no returns or exchanges of products purchased.
Gift cards are not returnable or refundable for cash.
8. Payment Methods
We accept cash and all major credit cards. Tap-to-pay method (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay) are also accepted.
Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks.
